A Deep Clean is a detailed, top-to-bottom service designed to refresh the home. It includes buildup removal, detail work, and areas that aren’t addressed during maintenance cleaning. Typically adds 1.5-2.5 hours more of cleaning, depending on the condition.

A Standard Clean is for upkeep and assumes the home has already been professionally cleaned and maintained on a recurring basis

Why do I need a Deep Clean before starting recurring service?

Recurring cleaning is maintenance—not restoration. Starting with a Deep Clean ensures we’re maintaining a high standard instead of chasing buildup over time. You can upgrade your recurring clean whenever you'd like with a GO DEEPER.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our teams arrive fully equipped with professional-grade products and tools. If you have specific product requests, let us know in advance.

How many cleaners will be at my home?

Accepted Answer

We always send a minimum of 2 trained cleaners. Larger or more detailed jobs may have 3 or maybe more, depending on size and project.

What does my arrival window mean?

Accepted Answer

Your arrival window is the timeframe our team is expected to arrive—not the cleaning duration. It is always a 2-hour window, as factors like traffic and earlier jobs can affect the exact timing, but we stay within your window and send an “On Our Way” text showing how many minutes away we are.

Can I request an exact arrival time?

We operate on arrival windows to maintain efficiency across multiple homes. Exact times are only guaranteed when specifically scheduled and confirmed in advance. If you want a more exact window, your best bet is to opt for first arrival as we can predict what time we will arrive from our office.

What happens if you’re running late?

You’ll be notified as soon as possible. Communication is a priority, and we keep you updated in real time.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No. Many clients provide access via key, lockbox, garage code, or concierge. Just ensure clear entry instructions are provided.

What are your cancellation and access policies?

Accepted Answer

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Requests made within 48 hours incur a $75 fee, cancellations the night before are charged 50% of the cleaning cost, and same-day cancellations or inability to access the home at the scheduled time are charged in full.

Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for your home, we’re often unable to fill that spot on short notice. Our teams are also guaranteed minimum hours and are paid for their scheduled time, so these policies help us stay fair to our staff while maintaining a reliable schedule for all clients.

What happens if my cleaning falls on a holiday or you’re closed?

We’ll reach out in advance to reschedule. We do our best to keep you on track, but slight shifts may happen around holidays.

Can I request a specific day or time long-term?

Yes—recurring clients are given priority and we do our best to keep you on a consistent day and arrival window. Exact timing cannot always be guaranteed, but consistency is a priority.

What if I only want certain areas cleaned?

That’s completely fine—just let us know in advance. We can prioritize specific areas, but the overall price may not change significantly since time is still reserved.

If more than 6 weeks have passed, buildup typically requires a reset Deep Clean before continuing recurring service.

Lockbox, garage code, key, or concierge are all great options. The goal is reliable, consistent entry so we can complete your service without delays.

Yes—many clients enhance their service with add-ons like inside the fridge, oven, cabinets, or interior windows. These can be scheduled in advance or, if time allows, added the day of.

Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to address it at no additional cost. Our goal is to get it right—not just once, but every time.

We don’t offer refunds, but we stand behind our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If something was missed, we’ll return and fix it promptly.

Yes, and it’s always appreciated. With our software Jobber, when we send your invoice, you have a choice to leave a tip for the staff or you can always tip in cash ! While never required, tips are a great way to recognize a job well done and go directly to the team servicing your home.

Our Crown's Home Reset Clean! This delightful service offers a complete refresh of your furnished space, including a thorough deep clean of every corner, all appliances inside and out, and meticulous window and baseboard cleaning, plus a detailed dusting. Definitely a premium service but will for sure be your best bang for your buck.

Weekly Priority Clients receive preferred scheduling, consistent placement on our routes, and small added perks over time. As part of this, you can choose a complimentary extra during your visits.
